Q. I have a TAC claim/work cover claim, why have I received an invoice?
A. You may not have met your TAC Medical excess.
A. Your claim number might be closed or relates to a different accident/injury.
A. Imaging@Olympic Park may not have been advised that you have an approved claim, please let us know if this is the case.

 

Q. Why am I receiving invoice reminders?
A. Outpatient services are payable at the time of service, to avoid receiving reminders please ensure you pay your invoice in full on the day.
